Customization and timing

What is possible depends on three things: your timeline, the size of your list, and where we are in the season.

Fully bespoke work, meaning custom sourcing, bespoke packaging, or branded candles and coffee, typically needs eight to twelve weeks. Lighter custom touches such as belly bands, hang tags, stickers, branded note cards and ribbon can often be turned around much faster, sometimes even close to the holidays.

Seasonal items are produced in limited quantities and busy periods fill quickly, so the earlier we hear from you the more we can do.

We would always rather hear from you than have you assume something is not possible. Tell us what you have in mind and when you need it, and we will tell you honestly what we can do, and suggest alternatives where the timeline is tight. We respond within 24 hours.

What we can brand

Branded note cards, ribbon, belly bands, hang tags, stickers, custom packaging, branded candles, branded coffee and mugs, and custom sourced products. Custom branded candles are made with our candle maker: vessel, fragrance, packaging and coordinating matchbox can all be customized, typically $30 to $100 per unit depending on size and customization.

We can also manage assembly, packing, storage, and direct to recipient shipping, to one address or to hundreds of individual recipients.

Samples and prototypes

For custom and bespoke work, we can produce a physical sample or prototype so you can see and hold the gift before we make it in full. There is nothing quite like having it in your hands.

Samples are quoted separately and do add time to the production schedule, so we will talk through whether one makes sense for your timeline. If you want to see it first, we will make it happen.
