Unfortunately, fresh flower arrangements are only available for local Los Angeles and Orange County delivery (some exceptions do apply for Orange County). 

All flower arrangements come in a vase with water.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any special requests at this time. We pick our flowers based on what is the most beautiful and fresh at the flower mart that morning.

Yes, as long as the order is received by 9:30AM. Our VBR delivery team will then personally hand deliver all gifts to their recipients over the course of the business day.

The fee for Local Delivery ranges from $25-$48, and is based on the mileage from our warehouse  in Glendale, CA to the recipient's delivery address.

If the gift or flowers cannot be delivered, we will notify the sender of the situation and bring the item back to the warehouse. The item can then be sent out for redelivery the following day for an additional delivery fee. Reasons a gift or flowers might not be able to be delivered include a gated home or apartment with no access, a home where it is not safe to leave a gift, an incorrect address provided by the sender, etc. We do our best to contact the sender and recipient to try to find solutions, but if we are unable to figure one out, the item will have to be sent out the following day for an additional fee.

We find it is always safest if you let the recipient know you are sending them a little something. This will help you avoid any issues that might come along with delivery.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Your order will be delivered between the hours of 10AM - 5PM. Please note, delivery times are extended during the busy holiday season.

We absolutely do our best to accommodate rushed orders.

Local Orders: You can send a messenger for pick up or we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee. For local rushed orders, please contact orders@valleybrinkroad.com.

Shipped Orders: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

For local deliveries, we are happy to deliver on your requested date. For all shipped orders, we do our best to ensure your package arrives within a timely manner. Actual dates of arrival cannot be guaranteed, as the responsibility falls upon the shipping carrier.

Local deliveries are made Monday-Friday, between the hours of 10AM-5PM. Delivery times are extended during the holiday season.

Saturday and Sunday delivery are available for an additional fee. If you would like to request this as your delivery day, please email orders@valleybrinkroad.com.

Orders placed within business hours, are usually processed same day and delivered or shipped the following day. Orders placed outside of business hours are processed next day.

Ground Shipping is offered as our standard shipping. 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping are also available via UPS or Fedex at an additional charge. These options can be selected at checkout. For all volume orders, please email orders@valleybrinkroad.com.

If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift box will be left at the delivery location. We will notify you where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. Valleybrink Road cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery. If it is not safe to leave the delivery, our team will notify the sender. If the gift is unable to be delivered due to circumstances out of our control, we will have to bring the item back to our warehouse. The sender will then have to pay an additional delivery fee for the gift to be redelivered the following day. We strongly encourage the sender to let the recipient know a gift is coming, so that any delivery issues and fees can be avoided.

* PLEASE NOTE LOCAL OR SAME DAY DELIVERY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  ALL GIFT ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS. CURRENT PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 1-2 DAYS TO FULFILL AND SHIP. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

Placing an Order

All gift orders, can be placed online on our website. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us at orders@valleybrinkroad.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to refund the order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Substitutions

Due to the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of the products we carry, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to fulfill the order and ensure the timely delivery of your gift.

Holiday Delivery Exceptions

We pride ourselves on delivering your gifts in a timely fashion. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and to ensure timely delivery, we encourage our customers to place their orders as far away from December 24th as possible. During the month of December, Valleybrink Road order processing times may experience up to a 72hr delay. Please consider that shipping carriers usually experience delays during this time as well. All delivery time frames are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to change or adjust items, prices or policies at any time, and without notice. Descriptive or typographical errors used to describe products, gifts, services, etcetera are subject to correct and modification.
