1 cup almond milk
3 leaves of kale, stems removed
1/3 cup frozen spinach
1 date, pitted
1 ounce frozen coconut puree
Juice from 1 large orange
1 tbsp raw coconut butter
1 tbsp raw cashew butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Moon Juice)
2 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp chia seeds
5 ice cubes
bee pollen for toppiing (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
