Gluten Free Power Oatmeal
This GF Power Oatmeal is perfect for those mornings when you need a good kick start. Easy to put together and nutrient dense, it will fill you up and keep you satiated for hours.
Place the rolled oats, buckwheat groats, almond milk, water, vanilla powder, cardamom, cinnamon, and sea salt in a small pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until oats and groats are tender.
Add the ground flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and sesame seeds. Stir to fully combine.
Top with your favorites. I love adding more almond milk, chopped nuts, maple syrup or honey, hemp seeds, berries or fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen work great). Enjoy!
