Chopped salads are so versatile and can really be made with what you have on hand. This one is filled with lots of veggies, chickpeas, feta, and a tangy apple cider vinaigrette. If you don't have all the ingredients, feel free to swap them out for others you already have in the fridge!
Separate your chopped veggies, chickpeas, almonds, and feta into two individual bowls.
In a tupperware or mason jar, place all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and shake to combine.
