I have been living on these matcha lattes. Simple to make and I think they give you a smoother pick me up than coffee does. Making your own almond milk makes a huge difference though, so do it if you have the time!
Heat 8oz homemade almond milk and 8 oz water in a small saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling. Do not bring to a boil. Once the liquid is hot enough, remove from the heat and set it somewhere safe on your counter top.
Add in 2 tsps of matcha powder and 1 tsp of raw honey.
With an immersion blender, gently mix creating lots of delicious foam and fully incorporating the powder into the liquid.
