A lot of you have been asking for a list of supplies for making smoothies, so here you go! By no means do you have to get all of these things (I know a lot of them are super expensive), but this is just a list of things that I use or have used and like. The powders and supplements, while expensive, do last a very long time, so just keep that in mind.
