1 piece of GF multigrain or regular multigrain
raw creamy peanut butter
1/2 banana cut into three long sections
coconut manna (also known as coconut butter)

This toast is hearty and delicious. A perfect treat for after a workout and it always curbs any sugar craving I might be having. I used Gluten Free bread for my version, but feel free to replicate it on the bread of your choice.
Toast the bread. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the toast. Top with three long slices of banana.
Top with coconut manna, bee pollen, and a little drizzle of raw honey.
