Description

This salad is all the bright flavors of summer in a bowl. Serve it with a toasted piece of country bread and a cold glass of white wine. Delicious!

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, place all the stone fruit and the tomatoes.

Add the chives, some sea salt, and some freshly ground black pepper. Squeeze the juice from 1 lime over the mixture and give it a good drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat. Taste. Add more sea salt or olive oil as needed.

Add the herbs to the mixing bowl and gently toss to coat. Divide the salad into two individual bowls.
