Description

This homemade granola is super simple to make and filled with antioxidant rich wild blueberries and goji berries. Eat it with your homemade almond milk and you'll be good to go!

Get Started

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine gluten free rolled oats, quinoa flakes, pepitas, ground flaxseeds, black sesame seeds, and cashews in a large bowl. Set aside.

Heat the honey and olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cinnamon. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until coated. Sprinkle a pinch of ancient mineral or sea salt all over the mixture and stir to combine.

Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Once golden brown, remove the tray from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely. With a spatula, break it up and place it back into a mixing bowl.

Add 2 handfuls of dried wild blueberries and 1 handful of dried goji berries. Gently mix to combine.
