A Luncheon
About the Party

I spent the morning cooking at my dear friend Irene's beautiful home in Venice. An intimate lunch for eight, the menu was filled with tons of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Heirloom tomatoes, peaches, baby arugula, radishes, and so many herbs filled the table top. Guests sat outside overlooking the canals, drinking cold rosé, laughing, and eating. It was simply delicious.
