About the Party

I recently teamed up with Jenni Kayne and The Chalkboard Mag for yet another wonderful day In the Veggie Kitchen. With Thanksgiving fast approaching, Jenni wanted me to share some of my favorite recipes for veggie side dishes. A lovely group of ladies joined us for the cooking class at Jenni's beautiful home, where we made Cauliflower Purée, Butternut Squash with Aged Balsamic, Chile, and Breadcrumbs, Green Beans with Marcona Almonds, Shallots, and Parsley, and Arugula Salad with Persimmon, Pomegranate, and Sherry Vinaigrette (recipes to follow in next posts). It was so much fun cooking and hanging out. And, the flowers Moon Canyon did for the table were to die for. Happy Thanksgiving!
